After months of semi-hiatus, I'm back! My absence can be easily explained though; I've finally decided to study and professionalize what I really love: baking. I decided doing it so in one of the most prestigious schools, Hofmann School, in Barcelona. And I absolutely love it. However, it means that I don't have tons of free time. And it means that the blog has been very neglected. I plan on publishing more, in fact I have several recipes on hold, but every post takes up some time to make and I simply don't have it right now!
